Welcome to my world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training! With over 18 years of experience in various disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, Krav Maga, and freestyle grappling, I have dedicated my life to mastering the art of combat sports. I currently hold a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a black belt in Krav Maga.

My journey in martial arts has been driven by a passion for helping others achieve their full potential, both physically and mentally. I believe in the power of martial arts to transform lives by promoting good health, fostering a positive mindset, and building unshakable confidence. My vision is to empower individuals to become stronger, healthier, and more resilient, both inside and outside the gym.

No prior experience is necessary! Our experienced instructor will provide tailored training sessions that cater to your individual needs and goals, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete.

Yes, both MMA/BJJ is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our training sessions ensure that everyone can learn and progress at their own pace. However, we recommend from 6 years and older.

We recommend wearing comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for full range of motion. We offer both GI and NoGi Training.
